Spa treatment under reimbursement method B is a full spa treatment covered by health insurance, with meals and accommodation paid for by the insured person.

The Ružbachy Spa provides spa treatment in up to 10 indication groups.

List of treatment indications

• Patients can request spa treatment from their attending physician. A proposal for spa treatment can be issued by a general practitioner or specialist.
• The insured person submits the completed proposal for spa treatment to their health insurance company branch.

NEW: Some insurance companies allow proposals for spa treatment to be submitted electronically, which speeds up and simplifies the entire approval process.

• Once the treatment has been approved, the health insurance company informs the insured person of the outcome of the approval process and provides them with a list of facilities where they can receive treatment, arrange a date and accommodation according to the spa's offer.
• The insured person sends the approved Application for Spa Treatment to the selected spa.
• The spa will issue a written confirmation of acceptance, in which they will assign a specific date for spa treatment. The patient will then receive a written summons for spa treatment.
• Meals during spa treatment are provided at the White House, and therapeutic procedures are administered in the Balneotherapy building (max. 200 m from the accommodation).
