Treatment in this group primarily covers post-operative conditions and other serious health conditions. The health insurance company covers the cost of treatment, accommodation, and meals. Ružbachy Spa provides spa treatment within up to 10 indication groups. Patients may apply for spa treatment through their attending physician. The application can be issued by a general practitioner or a specialist. The completed application must be submitted by the insured person to their health insurance provider. News: Some insurance companies now allow electronic submission of spa treatment applications, which speeds up and simplifies the approval process. After approval, the insurance company informs the patient of the result and provides a list of facilities where treatment can be provided, allowing the patient to arrange the date and accommodation according to the spa’s availability. The insured person then sends the approved application to the selected spa facility. The spa issues a written confirmation of admission with a specific treatment date. The patient subsequently receives a written invitation to the spa treatment. Meals during the spa stay are provided in the White House building, and therapeutic procedures take place in the Balneotherapy building (maximum 200 meters from the accommodation).
