The Vyšné Ružbachy Spa possesses the state-of-the-art fitness equipment by Life Fitness. The centre is divided into two zones. The first one is the CARDIO ZONE with exercise bikes, a mountain climbing simulator, a treadmill, an elliptic and a rowing simulator and a stepper that is extremely popular among women. The second zone of the CARDIOFITNESS centre is the POWER ZONE where the dominant features are two-way pulleys with four other stations equipped with a horizontal bar 4+1, a leg press, a bench press and rubber-coated plates with the total weight of over 100 kilograms. The CARDIOFITNESS centre also offers chrome-coated single-hand barbells and training ropes. Our guests may also use services of our fitness coach who is available in the centre.
