Treatment in this group mostly includes post-operative conditions and other serious conditions.

The health insurance company covers the cost of treatment, accommodation, and meals for the insured person.

The Ružbachy Spa provides spa treatment in up to 10 indication groups.

• Patients can ask their attending physician for spa treatment.

• A referral for spa treatment can be issued by a general practitioner or specialist.

• The insured person submits the completed proposal for spa treatment to their health insurance company branch.

NEWS: Some insurance companies also allow proposals for spa treatment to be submitted electronically, which speeds up and simplifies the entire approval process.

• After approving the treatment, the health insurance company informs the insured person of the outcome of the approval process and provides them with a list of facilities where they can receive treatment, arrange a date and accommodation according to the spa's offer. 

• The insured person sends the approved Proposal for Spa Treatment to the selected spa.

• The spa issues a written confirmation of acceptance, in which it assigns a specific date for the spa treatment.

• The patient is then sent a written summons for spa treatment.

   

Meals during spa treatment are provided at the White House,

and therapeutic procedures are administered in the Balneotherapy building (max. 200 m from the accommodation).
